How does it work?
There is a security deposit amount and the rental amount which needs to be paid during the costume pickup/booking. The security is refunded once the dress is returned. Eg – Say, rent for a dress is Rs 300. You may be charged about Rs 600 and we refund Rs 300. Rent varies from dress to dress.
How much time does it take to refund?
Cash refunds are done immediately. UPI refunds may take upto 24 hours.
Fow how long can I keep the dress?
During peak seasons, you need to return by next day. Off-season, you can return it in 2 days.
